The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 10,            
1997, calendar (page 1816), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 150(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to moving expenses of state employees, to                    
compensatory time for state employees, and to calculation of                   
compensation for the public employees' retirement system."                     
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS               
CSSB 150(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose           
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
